The 6-foot forward out of Edina showed from the outset that she can shoot it from the outside, displaying clean, consistent form. Shots can be hard to come by in a showcase setting where everyone is looking to prove something, but that didn’t stop Weseloh from finding other ways to contribute. When she grabbed a rebound, she made the right play, looking ahead and advancing the ball with the pass. When opportunities came around the basket, Weseloh showed patience and a soft touch, along with impressive body control. She was able to absorb contact, maintain her balance, and still get off a quality shot. As her confidence continues to grow and she fine-tunes her skill set, Weseloh has the size and tools to develop into a real problem on both ends of the floor.
