has transferred to Ardmore High School. The University of Central Oklahoma commitment joins an Ardmore team that had nice guards but really needed some height. At 5’10 she brings a tall scoring forward that can knock down the shot from outside as well as be a physical scorer inside. A very versatile player on the defensive end as well. Add incoming freshman

On the bio it may have Emerie listed as a small forward because of her rebounding and low post moves but do not let that fool you. She can shoot knock down the 3 point shot with range. Nice 1-2 footwork on the shot and the odds are it is going in. Does a good job at moving without the ball either cutting to the basket or fill in a gap for the shot.
Player that has some interest and offers going into the last July period.

Emerie moves up 25 spots in the newest rankings as I believe she has developed into a big-time prospect over the last few years. Every time I see her play, I come away impressed with how easy she makes everything look. It seems like scoring just comes natural to her. Her ability to take what the defense is giving her is preternatural and beyond her years. At times, it seems like things have really started to slow down for Emerie out there and I have this feeling that by the time high school is over, we may be looking at a Division-I athlete. Her shot-making ability is that good and she is being trained by the right people. Don’t be surprised to see her continue rocketing up the standings.

at 5’10 has excellent size to play that 2/3 guard combo. She has deep range from the outside and well as a smooth midrange pull-up jumper. Impressive was her footwork getting into her shot in transition, showing that she has put in the work. Emerie has a shiftiness about her when attacking the basket. Meaning she is not going to run over you but just find away to go around you. It could either be a side step sideways or maybe just a Euro Step. Good rebounder on defense that can lead a fast break by herself. Moved well without the ball on offense finding the open gaps

Because the 2025 class in Oklahoma is one of the most loaded classes of talent that we have ever seen, it can be hard to stand out at times. I’ve heard recently that there are some D-I players who have been lost in the shuffle because there is just too much talent. I first saw Emerie at the Super16 where she even managed to stand out there amongst her peers. Nowadays, she can shoot the lights out, still. She has unbelievable handles, outstanding confidence with the ball in her hands, and she just makes the right basketball play at the right time. If she isn’t loaded up with (at least) D-II offers, then I don’t know what I’m missing here. Somebody call me or DM me and tell me I don’t know what I’m doing, I guess.
