Perry did a great job running the point and taking care of the ball! She was excellent attacking and getting into the paint and kicking it out to open teammates. Despite the loss, Perry was tough. Perry and Redd had 20 of the 24 points for Catholic before the 4th quarter. Perry was relentless on defense and crashing the boards. She was on the court diving for loose balls, and giving all heart and hustle that she always plays with!

I’ve stated it before and I’ll state it again, Perry is the athlete that you need on your team! Again, forget what any stat sheet shows! Perry has earned her offers from Montreat, and William Peace University! The hustle stats are truly the most important stats that often get overlooked! Ensley goes above and beyond on every play. Whether it’s defense or offense, this one is going to play the game the right way with extra effort! 50/50 balls have to go your way, and Ensley is going to come up with those. She continues to take care of the ball, and she takes pride in defensive stops! I love how Perry plays the game!

Perry finds herself in a big-time role for this years Knox Catholic team after providing energy off the bench last season. She’s a fantastic on the ball defender, and understands help principle off the ball. Really active hands. She plays bigger than she is, and is willing to do the dirty work. Wins 50/50 balls. The ball rarely sticks in her hands. She knows the value of quick decision. Nice finisher at the rim.

I only pick a few players that I would want on my side during a battle. Ensley is one of the athletes that I want on my side! I have watched Perry play numerous times now, and she always stands out with her effort! She will dive for every loose ball. She will crash the boards hard. She will play defense harder than anyone. She is also an energy giver! At the end of the day, I don’t think anyone plays harder than this athlete!
