It has been a few years since LaPorte was a top contender in their Sectional, but recently they’ve been building up on young talent. Eva is a wiry-strong, fairly athletic guard prospect who stepped into the lineup as a rookie last year and was third in scoring, second in assists, and third in steals per game for the Slicers. She has broad shoulders and is strong on attack, but she can also knock down an open rhythm jumper from outside. Additionally, she’s a gritty defender, a willing rebounder, and she often makes winning plays for her team.

Eva Walker Eva Walker 5'7" | SG/PG LaPorte | 2029 IN is a very poised and explosive guard entering her sophomore season. She has a great touch as a scorer, especially from the mid-range and beyond the three-point line. Walker does a good job of creating separation and getting to her spots on the floor, which allows her to knock down shots over defenders. Her ability to score at multiple levels makes her a difficult matchup, and as she continues to develop her game and gain experience, she has the potential to make a significant impact this season.

It’s bombs away as Eva connected on a deep three, displaying a good touch from the perimeter. Not afraid to let it fly. Has the confidence enough to put the ball on the floor and get downhill, not afraid of the physical game.
