Redmond sophomore Freya Snow Freya Snow 6'1" | PF/C Redmond | 2027 State OR is a strong competitor and hustler inside. The 6-foot-1 forward has the defensive IQ to anticipate the drive and draw the charge on help defense (she drew 20 this season). Snow posts up strong and finishes at the rim through contact and the foul. She has the vision to assist the backdoor cutter with a perfectly timed bounce pass. She crashes the offensive glass hard. Snow averaged 8.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.2 steals, and 1 assist per game, helped the Panthers win the Intermountain Conference title, and was named to the All-Conference First Team her sophomore year. The conference champion was a top-four rebounder at the 5A state tournament, averaging 8.3 per game. Snow scored an ice-cold buzzer beater inside to knock off rival Summit in the quarterfinals. She rose to No. 28 in the Prep Girls Hoops Oregon class of 2027 rankings.

Snow has the defensive IQ to anticipate the drive and draw the charge on help defense. She posts up strong and finishes at the rim through contact and the foul. Snow will be a great inside presence for Redmond for the next couple of years.

The only freshman on Redmond’s varsity roster, Freya Snow Freya Snow 6'1" | PF/C Redmond | 2027 State OR has already been making huge contributions for the Panthers from the post position. She has helped them to the#2 rank in the state and the top of the Intermountain Conference. In two of their most recent league wins, Snow had 12 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and block versus Summit, and 5 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals against Ridgeview. Defensively, she is quick on her feet and shows great instincts both as a shot blocker and anticipating passes in the back of Redmond’s press. At 6’0 tall, she is a constant presence in the paint on both ends of the floor, and she has been one of Redmond’s leading rebounders this season. We will see how far Snow is able to take her team at the end of this year, and with 3+ years still ahead of her in her career, it will be exciting to watch as she continues to develop.
