When it comes to pure shot creation and tough shotmaking, few can compete with Moultrie. The Wilsonville senior showed up to the third and fourth weekends and made a lasting impression with the ridiculous off-balance threes she consistently drained. Her masterpiece came in an thriller against Stayton where she willed her team from seven points down to force overtime. Moultrie also has the ball on a string and displays her quick-twitch athleticism when she drives to the rim. She is a trustworthy leader and just plain fun to watch. Wilsonville is sure to put up a good amount of points this season with her steering the ship.

She is averaging 16.4 points and 6.7 assists per game, both two of the highest in the state, and is also one of the leaders in rebounds and steals for her squad. She is one of those players that you find it hard to believe she’s only a sophomore with how intelligent and mature she is on the floor, as well as with some of the aspects of her game that are advanced like her footwork and handles. Moultrie has led her Wildcats to an undefeated start in conference, and she will be one to watch out for when the postseason rolls around.

Another obvious young standout, Moultrie has made quite the name for herself on the basketball floor. She gained honorable mention all-state both from the OSAA and the OBCA as well as a first team all-conference spot in the Northwest Oregon Conference. On the year, she was averaging 20 points per game while shooting nearly 40% from beyond the arc, and in addition to this impressive output, her coaches praised the poise and leadership that she is exhibited at such a young age. In addition to her ability to score, Moultrie is a natural playmaker on both ends of the floor, with averages of 6.2 assists per game and nearly 5 steals per game. Only having graduated one senior, the young Wildcats will be a dangerous team in the 2023-24 season, especially with Moultrie at the helm.
