The St. Mary Catholic guard has become a crucial part of the Zephyrs over the past few seasons. Guerrero is a confident lead guard who can initiate her team’s offense and get the best shot each time down the floor. I also loved how confident she is as a scorer. Her ability to create for herself and others will help the Zephyrs likely play in the second weekend and potentially beyond in the 2027 postseason.

The Fox Valley native is a skilled kid who impressed at St. Mary Catholic last season. Guerrero has poise and handles pressure well. She can create for herself and others and has the confidence to make plays off the dribble. She’s a skilled player who coaches can trust to make things happen when the ball is in her hands.

The St. Mary Catholic guard impressed me late in this past high school season. With numerous players out due to injury, including the Zephyrs’ leading scorer, Guerrero answered the bell, made winning plays throughout, and helped send the game into overtime against a successful Division 4 program. There’s more to her game than what meets the eye, and I’m eager to see what she can do with more responsibility over the next few seasons.
