She delivered a strong baseline finish in a clutch moment, positioned herself well on inbound situations near the block, and stayed active on the glass throughout the game. Comey also created extra possessions with offensive rebound putbacks while securing defensive boards and quickly finding outlet passes to keep the transition game moving.

Gia brings excellent length and athleticism to her position. I think right now she is more of a power forward but probably needs to play the wing full time. High IQ player that allows her to impact the game in a wide variety of ways. She defends with great energy and is always looking to get her hands on the ball. Had a great weekend at the Elite 50-50 showcase you can tell she is still growing into her frame as a young player.

Good athleticism who consistently impacts both ends of the court. She understands how to leverage her frame to rebound effectively. Not a one dimensional player she has the ability to drive past her primary defender and finish strongly around the rim from forward position. At 5’11 she is one of the better three point shooters in this class an she is money when her feet set from behind the line!
