Very impressed with Gigi’s game last night. She showed a lot of poise and leadership on the court. Lyons was confident with her shooting and scoring ability putting up 15 points. When pressured by defenders she was able to control the game and tempo. Defensively, she came up with big steals for her team.

Gigi Lyons Gigi Lyons Gigi Lyons 5'6" | SG Forsyth Country Day | 2027 NC showed off her range shooting the ball, and she had a nice step back move to knock it down.  She stripped the ball from her opponents and took it the other direction for fast break points.  She did well grabbing rebounds on defense and knowing when to speed up the tempo or slow things down.

GiGi Lyons plays hard. She is a competitor that wants to win. When the basketball is in her hands, Lyons is explosive and uses a change of speed move to get to the goal several times per game for FBC Carolina Elite . Lyons also has a pretty mid-range jump shot. From the three, she can knock down multiple shots for her team each game. Lyons is a complete player who continues to get better and better.

Lyons has a smooth outside shot and an accurate floater in the paint. She is an unselfish player with a tremendous basketball IQ. Lyons has a great feel for the game and continues to improve on the court for the Furies.

Gigi Lyons Gigi Lyons Gigi Lyons 5'6" | SG Forsyth Country Day | 2027 NC scored 30 points on Friday night in a lopsided win over St. Mary’s. Lyons is a dynamic freshman at Forsyth Country Day school. She has a nice outside shot and the ability to score a lot of points from the free throw line. In this game, Lyons drained 2 three-pointers and connected on 6 of 7 free throw attempts.
