Musselman was huge for Milton in this game giving them buckets when they needed them most. After her first two jumpers were slightly off, Musselman was fouled and went to the free throw and made both. That’s normally a good thing for shooters and in this case it was as she hit two three pointers from the corner in her team’s next few possessions. She showed her versatility and skill on the break making a difficult catch, dribble, and spin into the lane where she finished nicely at the rim. Musselman hit another big three in the second half when Coffee was minting a comeback. She used her long arms, staying high and wide, to put pressure on ball handlers as well.
