About Gracelyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a high-energy "glue guy" who focuses on rebounding and playing hard on both sides of the ball. I play an old-school style in the post and love doing the dirty work in the paint to help the team win. I really try to model my game after Dennis Rodman by being a relentless rebounder and a lockdown defender in the paint.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’d describe my mentality as "all-out effort" because I model my game after Dennis Rodman’s energy and toughness. I’m a gritty, defensive-minded player who loves the challenge of crashing the boards and shutting down the paint. My personality on the court is focused and aggressive, always looking to provide the spark my team needs to get extra possessions.

One of the biggest obstacles I’ve faced was getting my weight (292 to currently 228 as of March 25th) and conditioning under control so I could compete at a higher level. It took a lot of discipline to stay consistent with my diet and extra cardio, but it's made me much more explosive on the boards and faster on both sides of the ball.
