Sipes is poised to have a huge season at North Oldham this year. In the Lady Mustangs 2nd game of the season, she scored 30 points. She followed that up with a 25 point game. Sipes has a very quick release and can light it up from 3. She also has very deep range and she can create off of the bounce both for herself and for her teammates. She doesn’t need much space and she does a great job using fakes and hesitations to get a step on her defender. I highly recommend checking Sipes out if you haven’t already.

Gracie was a player who was mainly off my radar before having a really strong showing at our Top 250 this month. Sipes did a little bit of everything and did it well at camp and is capable of averaging around 18-20 points per game if she plays as well in her Senior season as she did at camp. North Oldham needs her to be really good for them to compete for a regional title and I think she’s more than capable of helping get them there.

Sipes is a volume shooter who put up 12 points per game last season for a North Oldham squad that was reloading after losing Riley Neal to graduation in 2022. Gracie is a good enough shooter than she can draw defenders then shot fake and get buckets in the midrange and at the rim. Keep an eye on Sipes to be a breakout player in the 8th region.

Sipes had a fantastic weekend. She is a big threat offensively as she can knock down shots with deep range or finish strong at the rim. She made great moves to get past defenders and she finished in crafty ways around the basket. She has a quick release on her outside shot and can utilize shot fakes to get better looks. Solid ball handling skills and made great passes as well. Major potential.
