Ava makes her presence well known on both sides of the ball! It’s one thing to be 6’1- but it’s a whole other ball game when you have the height, power, footwork, reliable hands to catch and maneuver around the defense and score! Crace is a magnet when it comes to grabbing boards and she alters opponents shots with her length. She has such a high ceiling! (Below in white uniform)

Ava Crace Ava Crace 6'1" | PF/C North Oldham | 2029 State KY is a name we heard plenty of all season. She averaged 12.7 points per game and led the Lady Mustangs with 12.5 rebounds per contest, a noticeable jump in production from her 8th-grade season. A post player who runs the rim hard and rebounds the ball at a high level, she also consistently finishes plays around the basket. Ava was a double-double machine, posting 20+ games with double-digit points and rebounds.

The freshman finished with 20 points, 14 rebounds, 6 steals, 2 assists, and 2 blocks, impacting every area of the game. North Oldham will stay at home tomorrow as they host Anderson County.

I had the chance to get a good look at Ava Crace Ava Crace 6'1" | PF/C North Oldham | 2029 State KY at the Run 4 Roses. A legit 6-footer, Ava runs the floor well and is an effective trailer in transition. She has a nice touch around the rim, is a strong rebounder on both ends and uses her length to alter shots and anchor the paint defensively. As an 8th grader, she led North Oldham in both scoring (7.3 PPG) and rebounding (8.0 RPG). While she’s still a bit raw, Ava clearly has the physical tools and upside to develop into a college-level player.
