Her ability to break defenders down and control the ball allows her to dictate the pace of the game.

Gracie was too much for Sterling to handle offensively playing with pace and keeping the defense on its heels. She heated up from three in the second quarter, and that stretch ultimately created the separation her team needed. Her ability to score in rhythm and control the tempo made her one of the biggest difference makers of the night.

Ward has shown immense progress as she’s taken breaks from basketball to come back even stronger. Look out for Holy Family to make a serious run in the late season.

Ward’s confident approach and swagger set the tone for her team, providing the leadership necessary to secure victory.

Gracie has an elite handle that keeps defenders off balance allowing her to get to her spots with ease. She shoots the three ball with consistency and forces defenses pick up early. With her ability to attack in a variety of ways while staying efficient for her size, she proved to be a complete offensive weapon.

Gracie is a shifty guard and a true three-level scorer who takes what the defense gives her. She’s fearless when attacking the rim and can pick up full court on defense, bringing energy to both ends. Her toughness and ability to not back down make her a difficult matchup every night.

First impression when watching Gracie play for the first time was her toughness that she plays with. She just has that physical presence about her that as a coach you like seeing. These are the types of qualities and attitude you want in a PG. Great ball handler with either hand that seemed in control always looking up the floor against the press. When watching her handle the press you could see that she plays at a High IQ. She was patient with the ball waiting for things to come open before making the error pass

A good shooter in the transition that uses the dribble to get in rhythm for the pull up jumper. Contently moving off the ball finding the gaps for the kick out shot. Not knowing who she was then finding out later she is a Top 10 player makes sense with such a strong game. Enjoyed watching her play this past weekend.

Her ability to finish in traffic, knock down shots from deep, and control the tempo of the game has been a sight to behold. Grace plays with a competitive edge that inspires her teammates, making her an indispensable part of Holy Family’s success.

Once there, she can either finish with creativity at the rim or dish out a well-timed pass to an open teammate.
