Much like her brother Zane, Grayson Zilliax Grayson Zilliax 6'1" | SF/SG Seattle Academy | 2029 State WA has a rare combination of size and skill at the wing position. She was the tallest player on the floor most of the time on Sunday, so she took a stretch-big role and excelled. Her shot release is quick, fluid and unblockable. She guarded every position on defense, contested shots and rotated on time. She showed flashes of post-scoring prowess, catching an entry pass on the block before immediately pound dribbling into a left-handed hook. She can be physical when she wants to, but once she learns how to play aggressively for longer stretches, she will take off as a prospect.

Zilliax is a player who I truly believe could rise into the top 10 during next season. She plays at a high level on both ends of the court but really thrives with the ball in her hands. She hits mid-range shots smoothly while also being able to attack and use her length with both hands, efficiently. Be on the watch for her as a rising star in this state.

Grayson Zilliax Grayson Zilliax 6'1" | SF/SG Seattle Academy | 2029 State WA brings a unique combination of size, athleticism, and versatility every time she steps on the floor. She understands how to use her length effectively and consistently turns her physical tools into advantages for her team.

On the glass, Zilliax is a force. She tracks rebounds exceptionally well and uses her athletic ability to secure possessions in crowded areas. Her presence alone changes the complexion of games.

Offensively, she is equally impressive, showing the ability to score comfortably from all three levels. Whether she’s stretching the floor, attacking from the mid-range, or finishing at the rim, she creates matchup problems for opposing defenses.

Grayson has a lot of size on the court, knowing how to use her length to her advantage. She rebounds at a very high level and is one of the most athletic players in the class. She scores the ball smoothly from all 3 levels, effectively being a difference maker for her team in many ways. She is going to have a big AAU season and another big season next year for SAAS.

Zilliax has a ton of potential as a 6-foot-1 guard/wing. She’s already shown her ability to affect the game from different levels, with her smooth outside shot, some ability to create off the dribble, and her interior rebounding. She could be a player who really takes off next season and is giving the Cardinals a nice, versatile threat to go alongside their more senior players.
