Hailey has drawn a great deal of small college attention because she possesses the nice combination of skill, strength, and one of the better motors in Northeast Indiana. She has a never-quit attitude, and she will always be around the action. She is very physical, seeks contact, and can post and score around the paint fairly consistently. She also has some touch in the mid-post and can be a nice threat at 15-feet. Defensively, she could be a little quicker on the perimeter, but she understands angles well, and she will outwork her opponent more times than not.

Hailey has put together a solid Spring thus far, and she’s hearing from a handful of schools already. She has a strong frame, and she isn’t afraid to get physical and do a lot of the “little things” others just won’t do. She can play physically defensively and on the boards, she can post smaller defenders, but she also possesses some skill facing the basket to near the perimeter. If she could figure out a way to be just a little quicker and more explosive laterally, it would help her defend the perimeter a little more consistently, because she’s a nice all-around ballplayer.
