Haley, a sophomore guard for Salem, put together a solid performance on Sunday at the Northwood Team Camp with her ability to impact the game in multiple ways. She showed confidence as a perimeter shooter, knocking down shots from beyond the arc and helping stretch the defense. Haley also attacked the rim with purpose, delivering a strong slashing finish through contact that resulted in an and-one opportunity. On the defensive end, she brought a scrappy, high-energy presence, competing hard and making things difficult for opposing guards. Her blend of perimeter scoring and toughness gives her value in Salem’s backcourt rotation.

Haley adds a valuable perimeter presence to the Michigan Vice lineup. She’s ready to pull the trigger immediately off the catch, pivots to get her feet balanced, and follows through with a confident wrist-snap. Haley kicked off 5v5 with a smooth catch and shoot corner three, then made a nice adjustment to catch a contested entry pass on a backdoor cut to score a layup. She drained another three from the wing and is an accurate free throw shooter. Haley showed good awareness of ball and man from the help side position on defense.

Haley stepped into a productive role right away as a freshman for Salem, and she’ll be playing up for Michigan Vice 16U at the PGH MI College Tour. She can handle the ball against pressure, and her pinpoint three-point shooting will be paramount to the team’s success on Saturday.
