The microwave scorer went out on top with the Class 6A State Title. Had key scoring spurts and shots throughout. Finished with 11 points but every shot felt big, fitting for the game. Also left her mark with her creation abilities. Handing out 5 assists, very exciting passer in transition, with a fun game. Dillard was the third Lady Panther in double figures, and she’ll be featured later this week.

Putnam City North is rolling in Class 6A and the elite shooting of Geretta is a big reason why. She’s always ready to shoot when off the ball and closes out don’t phase her. Has a tricky handle and is shifty when getting down hill. Can freeze defenders with ball fakes, but it also decisive and plays with her heads up to make the right pass when the defense focuses on her. Like the swag and energy she plays with.

Big time shot maker who drilled huge threes and mid-range jumpers throughout the contest. Great, quick rhythm on catch and shoot threes. While also having a strong cross to create space in iso situations for stepback jumpers. One of the top shooters in Oklahoma, who seems to thrive in the big moments. Joins teammate Gray to form one of the best shooting backcourts in Oklahoma.

The athletic scorer from PCN recently was offered by D1 program Sienna. Geretta combines good size, burst and a smoothness to be a reliable off the ball scorer. Her summer highlights are filled with her being attack ready. Capable of scoring after catching the ball with only one to three dribbles. She can pull from distance when the defense sags off, get to a spot in the mid-range or glide when attacking the hoop. The 405 guard simply makes scoring look easy, and will be a big part of a talented Putnam City North squad that is looking to build off their Class 6A State Tournament appearance.

Game Watched: Unity Basketball vs Team Moriah Jefferson
Geretta had a strong first half as a pacy lead guard who applied on the ball pressure defensively, while also pressuring as a down hill threat on offense. More than just speed when attacking, she showed great footwork and change of pace ability when attacking. That included one big time move where she drove, pump faked, had the defender guessing, pivoted back and drilled the 8-10 footer. The good pace and awareness she plays with was also apparent when she ended the first half pushing the tempo and knocking down a mid-range jumper just before the horn sounded. Along with her quality next level athleticism, it was impressive to see the variety of ways she can score.

Nini is yet another player from this incredible 2025 class that is picking up offers and taking visits to D-I schools. A 5’9″ guard who is already built like a college athlete, Geretta is fast and lightning quick with the ball in her hands. It’s the same with her defense. Everything she does is smooth and fast. She is a true three-level scorer who can just as easily rise up and drain the three as put her foot in the ground and blow by her defender to finish at the rim. In this class, that is likely the strongest in the country for any one state in terms of Division-I talent, it can be hard to really stand out. She has managed to do it. Look for Nini to really make her mark this year for PC North.
