Lopez plays with such poise. Her poise under pressure sticks out to me at this age because this is often where players fall into the trap of playing rushed, in a hurry, sloppy basketball. But Lopez is in her own lane avoiding the trap here, as she grabs rebounds and takes her time to pivot out of traffic to find the outlet pass. I saw Lopez continuously looking to set solid screens for her teammates, slashing to the basket or anything but standing still without the ball. A lost art in modern day basketball- feeding the post- Lopez knows just how to fake a pass to feed the post inside. When she does look to take it in for herself, she finishes with a beautiful finger roll.
