debuts as the No. 9 ranked 2029 prospect in Kentucky. She averaged 23.1 points, 3.3 steals, 2.7 assists, and 3 rebounds per game for the LKY Saints, a homeschool program in the Louisville area. A lengthy guard with a pure shooting stroke, Hannah has excellent mechanics and knocks down threes with impressive accuracy. Beyond scoring, she’s a capable passer and a serviceable defender. She also turned in a productive AAU season with one of the nation’s premier club programs, WV Thunder. A trailblazer in her own right, Hannah’s upside and potential is undeniable.

I love how Hannah provides instant spark! Nice change in direction with the ball- keeps it tight. She makes the defense come out to guard her, especially after knocking down deep 3’s! But her quick release is what is so impressive! You want the rock in her hands!

Simmon is a rarity in the sense that she’s playing for a home schooled team but is amongst the top 2029s in Kentucky. Not a knock on home school teams but we in Kentucky have not seen a ton of good home school teams over the years. Hannah is a big time scorer and is playing on one of the top AAU programs in America with the West Virginia Thunder on UAA.

We don’t often feature home schooled athletes. Especially middle school ones but Hannah comes highly recommended for this list from my former co-worker Alyx White of RiseUp Sports. It will be interesting to see if Simmon ends up playing high school ball at a traditional high school next year.
