Sauvao is a hard-working forward who brings energy, grit, and physicality to the floor. At times she is undersized, but she makes up for it with effort on both ends of the floor. She defends well and can switch and defend multiple positions. Offensively, she is developing a shot in the perimeter, but she is a threat with the ball to break someone off the dribble or just score and power through someone inside. Sauvao is a stock riser.
