Her game has flourished. A late bloomer who is playing with a lot of poise and confidence. A 3 level scorer who can handle the rock, put it on the floor to finish at the rim, or unleash her trigger from the arc. A heady player who reads and reacts to situations well. She is solid on the defensive end as well, keeping the opposition in front. She shows up when the lights come on, doing her part to help propel her club to a victory. This kid has put in the work and you can tell she loves the game. A solid kid who gets after it no matter the stage.

This kid stood out to me in so many ways. She was poised with the ball in her hands. She hunted great shot attempts. She was tough on the defensive end. She never gave up on any plays. Her hustle and heart was big to me. She had a sweet stroke from the arc, but was willing to get creative and put the ball on the floor. She scanned the floor in transitional breaks, hitting the right teammate in stride. This kid brought a lot to the table and it will be fun to see what she does this upcoming season .Solid kid who has a bright future.

The Siegel transfer has looked fantastic for Stewarts Creek this summer. She’s exactly what they needed: a floor spacing guard with high level vision that can setup Ward and Bernard for easy buckets.
Stewart’s Creek needs space, and Hodge gives them that. She’s a legit 3 point threat that defenses have to respect. I really love her ability to pass the basketball, and her one-handed “pocket pass” quick off the bounce is a weapon!
