About Jaeli

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I do everything I can as a shooting guard. I love to play defense, I love to drive the ball and get buckets.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm not a person of many words when you first meet me but when I get more comfortable, I think I’m pretty funny and nice to be around.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have received awards like helpful student, student of the month, was named Most Valuable Bunny in my freshman class & I made honor roll. I ran track last spring for the 2nd year and made it to the NSAA Class A State track meet in the 100 & 200 meter dash. I took 1st place in both events! Fastest Class A girl in the state of Nebraska 2025.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As an incoming freshman last season, I strived to get better, I had to embrace teamwork and I learned a lot from my mistakes. Sophomore season forced me into having leadership skills because our 5 senior varsity players graduated. This year, I'm ready to play as an upperclassman!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

The biggest challenge I had to face was not being scared and just play. Also the mental part for me in high school basketball is way different, so having to adjust and move on to the next play after a mistake.

What type of college are you looking for?

In all honesty, my goal is a free education, it would be a honor to find the school that is the right fit for me.

Jaeli Franccini Jaeli Franccini Jaeli Franccini 5'6" Omaha Benson | 2027 NE is one of the most athletic prospects pound-for-pound out of the 2027 Class throughout Nebraska. She is a State Track Star and she pairs that with some nice balance, coordination, and touch on the basketball court. Omaha – Benson is going to return their main producers from years past and Franccini is in that conversation. This is someone that will be looked upon to bring energy to the team each contest, along with her keen defensive ability as a disruptor. They do have a few others who are gifted scorers so as long as they have a clear goal in mind and they play for each other, they should win some impressive battles for this upcoming season comes to a close.
