Game Stats: 13 Points, 22 (!) Rebounds, 8 Offensive Rebounds, 1 Block, 56% FG
Jaiden was voted to the All-Tournament Team and was voted Tournament MVP. She was the focal point for Century’s game plan, electing to sag off of other Hawks to try to plug up the lane and make things difficult for Jaiden. Jaiden did a great job of trusting her teammates by passing a handful of key skip passes for great scoring opportunities for her teammates. She was an absolute beast on the boards and played terrific defense. She has a lot to be proud of by finishing off her career as a state champion.

Jaiden is as powerful of an athlete as I have seen in my time in North Dakota basketball. She is relentless around the rim, averaging an incredible 16 rebounds per game, with 6 of those coming on the offensive end. She is such a good ‘second jumper’, meaning she can get offensive rebounds and got back up very quickly over her opponents. Jaiden will have a great shot at winning this year’s Miss Basketball award.

Jaiden moved up one spot and one could argue that she is deserving of the overall number 1 spot.

has the slight edge due to her 6’3 size and ability to seal around the rim. Jaiden is a powerful athlete and is able to perform many post moves around the rim. She is super tough and is an explosive jumper. Jaiden is a solid mid-range shooter and has an incredible ability to draw fouls and get to the rim. She is a true competitor and battles defensively. Jaiden is a big reason Horace will be the favorite to come out of the EDC.

Jaiden battled all night long against LeeLee Bell. There is a reason these two girls are playing high level college basketball. Jaiden didn’t score as much as she is used to due to the physicality that Minot played with. She still scored 16 points and had 11 rebounds. She more than likely would have scored more if Donnelly hadn’t been in foul trouble and was able to be an additional scoring threat on the floor. Jaiden played great defensively on LeeLee as well. It was a lot of fun to see these two girls play against each other.

was a 1st team All-State selection as a Junior. Look for her to return to that exclusive list of players this season as well. The Gonzaga commit averaged 24 points per game and 15.7 rebounds per game while shooting an extremely efficient 61% from the field. Perhaps Jaiden’s most impressive stat is her 6.1 offensive rebounds per game. This is a direct correlation to her relentless effort around the rim. The effort she plays with is as impressive as any player I have seen.

Haile is prepped for a big winter at Horace High School after coming off of a successful AAU spring/summer season with her North Tartan AAU team. Haile stands at 6’2″ and is a dominant force near the basket. In most contests, she is one of the taller players on the floor and she lets that be known with her play-style. If the opposing team drives to the hoop, Haile is there to step up and create a stop for her teammates. All in all, she is a well-rounded player that is going to put up big numbers this 2023-2024 season. It’ll be interesting as to where she ends up for her collegiate career but wherever it is, she is going to produce.
