Jamia is an intriguing prospect in the 2025 class. She was one of the most athletic kids in the gym, out rebounding taller players with her timing and jumping ability. Jamia’s speed was on display all day, she is fast with long stride able to beat defenders down court in transition. Her quick first step allowed her to explode to rim from the wing and showed a nice touch out to 17ft.

Jamia had an excellent showing and I enjoyed watching her play. She surprised me with the versatility in her game. Defensively she stalked the paint, using length and excellent timing to block and alter shots. She moved her feet well on the perimeter, holding her own on switches. She showed range by knocking down a three pointer, but she thrived around the basket. She put the ball on the floor near the three point line and blew past a guard for a layup in one impressive sequence.

Jamia showed good patience in backing down her defender to the spot where she wanted to operate from. She is a physical player inside and was good at rebounding on the offensive glass.

‘s game. She has good length and is a fantastic athlete. These traits help make her a fantastic rebounder and shot blocker. She has a lot of skill on offense and will take a substantial offensive jump this year. She has a nice jump shot and is expanding her range. She can hit jumpers, spotting up or in the mid-range. She puts the ball on the floor and gets her shot off. Jamia has excellent potential and is a player to watch this weekend.
