Pritchett is ultra quick and with her low center of gravity is a ballhandlers nightmare. Her quickness allows her to turn ballhandlers constantly. When she gets you doing this, she eventually cuts you off in an effort to take the ball.

Jet quick is the first thing that comes to mind when watching Janae. She seems to be more confident every time I watch her play. She now uses changes of speed to her advantage in the open court. On the other end of the court, she is relentless when attacking the ball.

Pritchett excelled in this type of environment. She was quick from end to end and just might be the fastest player in the state. On defense, she was on the ball like no other guard in the state. You could see why she was the 6A Conference Defensive Player of the Year.

is a terrific combo guard that is the key to the Blue Devil’s success. She is a tenacious lock-down defender that creates havoc for opposing offenses. She is a very good shooter and passer, and is terrific at finishing at the rim on the fast break with euro’s or floaters. She is battle tested playing Varsity level competition since 7th grade. She has picked up some college offers and will play on the next level.

Janae is just as quick on defense as she is on offense. She hounds the ballhandler and makes them extremely uncomfortable. Her quick feet make her hard to beat off the dribble. Her intensity can change the course of a game when she gets on a roll defensively.

is quickly moving up on Rankings boards in Arizona after a solid club season in the Spring and Summer. Janae is a tenacious defender. She has the ability to take excellent guards out of their rhythm, and limit their scoring opportunities. She is a solid point guard that can break defenses down, and she has a nice shooting touch on her pull-up jumper or floaters in the key.

Pritchett is an important piece in what Sunnyside is trying to do this season. She brings valuable ball handling skills and perimeter defensive skills to the table. She is one of the better perimeter defenders in the state.
