She is comfortable in the point guard role, with the handles to lead her team in pressure situations and in half court sets. A bit undersized, Jayla is not afraid to take the ball to the basket in traffic, but is also confident with her mid-range jumper and from behind the 3pt line. Defensively is another area this freshman plays above her age, she can be counted to get stops in traps and in the half court.
