On Sunday the 5’8 guard excelled on the defensive end, shutting down her opponent’s attempts to score on numerous occasions. Though her three-point shot is still just as lethal, Jessa also looks much more comfortable scoring in a variety of other ways, including taking defenders one-on-one to the rim. Combine the growth in her game, along with her consistently high level of effort on the court, and Schultz looks to be gearing up for a big season in her junior year at Holy Angels.
