D-I schools want Potter. She’s long and lean with a versatile skill set. She defends multiple spots. Johanna can play either forward position. She can cause mismatches as a stretchy forward that can shoot from the perimeter and get to the basket. She sank a pair of threes and went 6-7 from the foul line to finish with 12 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block vs. TN Pride Black.

Johanna looked good paying from the wing. She made some strong drives where she was able to slither through help defenders and still get tough shots to go. She also knocked down jumpers from the mid-range and beyond making it clear that defenders need to be in her space wherever she gets a touch. Here game was called early due to an opposing teams injury so I hope to catch them in a full game this season.

Potter has impressive mobility as well and holds major value as a versatile defender. She has grown her confidence on offense, able to help handle the ball. Her range has grown with her jump shot and Johanna is fleet of foot when taking slower defenders off the dribble.
