Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Mid season Freshman year she fractured her ankle at the growth plate and had to sit out for 6 games. This was mentally difficult as she loves the game more than anything. However this gave her an opportunity to become a leader for her team in a different way than being on the court with them. Overall it has made her a better teammate having to overcome this setback.
What type of college are you looking for?
Ideally she is looking for a good program and coaching staff that will allow her to continue to develop ans a ball player even beyond high school. She is looking at D1-D2 schools as well as JUCO. But her goal has been to play on scholarship at a 4 year university since she started basketball in 7th grade.
