Pete gave me a PRE-TABC show, and I’m still visualizing her acrobatic finishes after contact. Her variety of moves and fames in both the set as well as open court have always been there, yet her range has gotten even deeper, so defenders have to pick their poison on giving her room or playing too close. Her court vision also looked good across the board

Pete always stays under control and wants the ball under pressure, this is something which has been instilled her since middle school and her “poise under pressure” showed as she knocked down jumpers, not only in the game but down the stretch, with a. hand in her face. She also scored off the dribble but seeing her follow her shot had me smiling

Pete also moves into the Top 10 from #13 to #8 after seeing her in the Conroe Lady Tiger Classic. Since I don’t see a lot of these players over the club season with countless platforms and locations I’m not at, it was great to see how much her game has grown and the poise she shows on the court see evaluations here

Pete is smooth as silk and if you blink, you might miss something yet her ability to get the defender off balance stood out very early in middle school so watching her drop her jumper from multiple spots, mid to long-range, is nice. She also does a good job of creating spacing to get her shot off

Pete had me saying “for Peete’s sake” for years as I spelled her last name incorrectly due to erroneous rosters yet I didn’t make an error about her game. Her poise under pressure in elementary school coupled with her skillset had me drop the #D1Lock and since she has offers on the table, right again. She smoothly fills up the stat sheet but her mid to long-range jumper as well as scoring off the dribble are pluses that keep getting better. I also enjoyed her hitting teammates in traffic from 20 feet away and her court vision in the set as well as handling the ball under pressure were very nice
