Jordyn carried Columbine in the first half scoring half of the team’s total points and forcing Arvada West to completely adjust how they defended her. Even with extra attention in the second half, she still found ways to get free and made the defense pay when given space. Firing on all cylinders, giving Washington an inch of room to work with won’t work out in your favor, as she’s a sizzling hot 40% three-point shooter. Washington turned in a strong all-around effort for the Rebels with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. She made timely floaters as she easily penetrated Erie’s zone defense. She battled for rebounds and made several nice passes, setting up her teammates for easy opportunities. Washington handled full-court pressure with poise while orchestrating the Rebels’ offense.
