Burke-Perryman will be among the most valuable players over at Pine Creek, thanks to ability to attack the lane while keeping her head up at all times. She does a great job embracing contact and flowing off of her opponent for driving lanes. Effective finishing in traffic with either hand or making a quick kick out pass, there are few guards who bring her downhill pace and IQ in the backcourt. Pine Creek looks to make a run this season with improved returners and added depth.
Eianna Jackson Eianna Jackson 5'8" | PG Vista PEAK | 2025 State CO – Vista PEAK Prep – 2025
Jackson is a dependable downhill scoring threat, often enabled through her long strides and continued progression as a playmaker with the ball. Capable of getting by the defense within a single move, she possesses upside that few backcourt prospects possess. She is continuing to improve as a spot-up shooter beyond the arc, adding notable value to her all around game as a shotmaker. Defensively, Jackson has already shown signs as a dominant point of attack defender, given that her wide reach makes driving opportunities much less common. Even as a help defender she has plenty of upside stunting driving lanes, likely adding value to a quickly improving Vista Peak team.
Avery Alcaraz Avery Alcaraz 5'8" | SG Fort Collins | 2025 State CO – Fort Collins – 2025
Alcaraz will be primed for yet another important season at the helm with Fort Collins. The guard is a mult-dimensional scoring threat, primarily through her shot making ability beyond the arc. Capable of rising up for shots off the bounce, Alcaraz is among the more difficult shotmakers in her class. Although an especially diverse perimeter scorer, she may be utilized either on or off the ball through many different actions. Effective getting to her shot through weak side down screens or flares, the guard has no trouble letting in fly in tight space. She has been capable of scoring around the rim through similar actions, often getting to reverse finishes in traffic. Her continued growth as a facilitator within the halfcourt will be worth another look.
Zoe Wittler Zoe Wittler 5'6" | CG Frederick | 2025 State CO – Frederick – 2025
Wittler is a valuable facilitator and gritty perimeter defender, adding plenty of value to both ends of the floor. The incoming junior guard has shown value impacting the defensive side through quick help rotations and active hands. She does a great job at the point of attack, shading opponents towards baseline. Her quick instincts go onto the other end, through quick passes in transition, setting up outlets for scorers. Wittler continues to work on her spot-up shooting consistency, an area that will play a valuable role in Frederick’s offensive upside.
Josie Lynch Josie Lynch 5'11" | SG Chatfield | 2025 State CO – Chatfield – 2025
Chatfield boasts quite a few up and coming juniors who all played significant varsity minutes last season, Lynch is among notable athletes worth tracking from that group. Showing value as a two-way perimeter threat, Lynch brings notable value thorugh her shot blocking and shooting ability. Active as a floor spacer, the guard brings upside knocking down jumpers off the catch. Her defensive toughness is an area worth tracking, capable of rotating early and swatting away shot attempts from guards and opposing forwards.
