Expert Analysis
Steve Quattrocchi | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Juliana is a very talented post player who has continued to expand her game out past the three point line in recent years. Frazee is capable of scoring very efficiently on the block and is going to be a steal for whoever she signs with.

Juliana went out with a bang in her last AAU season with ETA Thunder and racked up several college offers along the way. She is a favorite to win the 11th region player of the year and will be the anchor for a Franklin County team that is looking to make back-to-back trips to Rupp Arena.

Juliana ran the floor extremely well and did a fantastic job setting screens and diving to the basket. She used her size and strength to gain good position for the entry pass on the low block, dominated the offensive boards; had no problem scoring finishing through contact at the rim and took advantage of her free throw opportunities.

You usually see Juliana inside making a living. Don’t get me wrong, she made her way inside the paint a few times. We all know that she can battle in the low block! However, what stood out to me during the showcase was how fast she was able to stretch the floor. Frazee knocked down numerous 3’s and she did it at a high percentage too! Juliana is a tough inside presence! She is definitely a consistent glass cleaner that you know is going to battle anyone on the boards. Keep your eyes on this one!

The best post in Kentucky is finally healthy, and put on a clinic in LP2. She’s just so good with her back the basket. Has impeccable footwork. Can stretch the floor. Great rebounder.

Perhaps the most dominant post in Kentucky, and has had great start to the 2nd live period. She dominated ETA Thunder Fire’s win #1 on Saturday with an 11 point performance an simply outstanding defense. Her ability to impact a game on both ends is special, and but when she get’s rolling offensively, she can carry a team offensively.

ETA couldn’t get a bucket early and really tried to go to her going. Made a beautiful face up move into a scoop (they called it a travel….but the flash of potential was there.). She’s a D1 post for a reason. Showed nice touch from the mid-range. Defensively did a great job protecting the rim.

One of the best posts out of KY, just coming back from an injury. Really knows how to use her size to her advantage, to create angles to finish, hold off defenders, etc. Elite defender.

The toughness Frazee showed at the state tournament only adds to how impressive she was this past high school season for Franklin County. She sprained her ankle to the point that the trainers had her in crutches almost instantly and yet, she was on the court the very next game ready to do everything she possibly could to help her team. She could barely walk on it when the final buzzer sounded, but she went just as hard as she always does every second she was on that court. Frazee was her team’s leading rebounder and 2nd leading scorer this season, averaging 9.8 PPG and 6.5 RPG on 59% shooting overall. Her hands and touch around the basket are always impressive.
