Karlie is making the most of her senior year at Onsted, delivering one strong performance after another as a reliable scoring threat on the perimeter. The Spring Arbor commit has shown a knack for catching fire from deep, posting several games with multiple three-pointers and consistently stretching opposing defenses. Her confidence, shot-making ability, and experience have made her a key piece for her team down the stretch. As she closes out her high school career, Karlie’s shooting touch and steady play continue to stand out.

Karlie, a sharp point guard for the Michigan Cobras , had a standout performance on Saturday at The Smoke. Her ball-handling was top-tier, navigating pressure with ease and consistently delivering precision passes to set up her teammates. On the defensive end, she was just as impactful – disrupting passing lanes and drawing a key charge in a tight contest. With her team down late, Karlie drilled a clutch three-pointer to tie the game with under 90 seconds remaining. She then calmly hit 1-of-2 from the line to give her squad a slim lead with 29 seconds left, and later sealed the win by sinking both free throws with 11 seconds remaining. The Cobras pulled out a 48-45 victory, thanks in large part to her poise and playmaking in crunch time.

Karlie had a great season for Onsted and earned Second-Team All-County honors. She averaged 12.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.2 steals per game while making 44 3-pointers. Karlie was very impressive at the April Showers tourney last year. Her defensive technique, passing abilities, footwork, and finishing stood out. Karlie is an all-around solid guard prospect and I’m excited to see her compete again this year.

“Karlie was a 2nd-Team LCAA player last year that has a ton of experience at the Varsity level. She faced many box and 1, face guard defenses last year and was still one of the top scorers in the county. Karlie is a gym rat and works tirelessly on her game. She is primed for a big junior season to lead this team!” – Coach Hovermale

Good reaction to the play, able to deflect and force mistakes. Solid at both ends of the floor, can defend well on-ball or switch. Active and always moving. Good basketball IQ, knows where to be on the floor and moves well to get into position to score. She can help if needed. (Feature photo above)

Kimerer is a really impressive player that coaches would love to see at The Expo. She has a very mature game. Kimerer can take on the load of being relied upon as a go-to scorer, but offers a lot more as well. She plays hard off the ball and is an underrated perimeter defender.

Kimerer is a player that’s seen her stock rise over the course of the last calendar year. She was at it again at the GVSU team camp. Kimerer was a highly efficient bucket getter. She worked for space along the perimeter and connected on it at a high percentage when she got it. Kimerer also showed that she was a true 2 way player with solid defensive vision.

Kimerer was a menace all weekend for Michigan Cobra 2026 opponents. She’s really developed into a terrific 2 way talent. Kimerer will consistently put up very good offensive numbers. but showed a keen eye for the ball defensively this weekend. She really forced her opponent to protect the ball or else she was sure to knock it free.

, caught my attention at the Siena Heights elite camp a couple weeks ago and she built on that momentum Saturday at the April Showers Classic. Karlie has dynamic offensive skills, driving in transition then transferring to her left hand with a high pickup move to finish at the rim. She made a gorgeous left-handed hook entry pass into the post and had me in disbelief after chucking a football style shot at the hoop from half court, which banked in to end the half. Karlie plays disciplined defense using a stable breakdown and is a complete guard prospect. (MOI Nursing)
