The power forward poured in 14 points and added 12 rebounds in the win over Princeton. The opponents tried to pack in the inside to stop Jones, but it didn’t happen. Jones is a great inside presence that is tough to handle on both ends of the court. This kid does all of the dirty work inside. Karson is also automatic at the foul line. Opponents have to pick their poison with this one! Jones can help lead Nitro to another state championship.

Jones has put in the work through the years, and it continues to show. She battled adversity in her career and she has come back stronger, & better. Karson continues to sustain her physical dominance in the paint. She has solid footwork around the rim and she finishes well with either hand. She is an excellent rebounder.
Defensively, she is an inside presence that any team would love to have. She controls the paint and uses her strength exceptionally well to overpower opponents.
Jones leads her team in points, and rebounds. She is averaging 15.1 points and 8.8 rebounds per game.

We have stated it before and we will state it again, “Jones is dominant in the paint area.” Jones started the season off with a powerful performance. She scored 15 points and added 13 rebounds in a win over Hurricane. She is the powerhouse double-double machine that knows exactly how to use her strength. Karson has numerous offers to play at the next level and I can’t wait to see who lands this one!

Jones continues to dominate in the post! It doesn’t matter what court she’s on, you know who she is. She has great size, and strength! Karson knows how to get great position, & finish around the rim with either hand. She excels around the basket! Defensively, she does a great job protecting the rim. She continues to make it hard on opposing players to score. She is not afraid of contact, and she will dominate the boards. Jones is a post to keep your eyes on this summer, and throughout her senior season!

In 15 minutes of action, Jones had 2 assists, 1 steal, 7 rebounds, and 10 points. Jones did a great job finishing around the rim. She went 4-5 from the field. She is a strong, physical inside presence that continues to play great minutes for this Nitro team. The inside strength with Jones, Smith, and Steele are hard to stop anywhere inside the paint area!
