Kate Heins Kate Heins 5'11" | SF Lowville | 2028 State NY is much more than a post player, although she is very skilled around the basket. Heins is a multifaceted scorer. She can post up and use a variety of moves to finish with her soft touch around the rim. Knock down short jumpers in the mid-range or step outside the arc. Heins is a very good 3-point shooter with extended range. She is a tireless rebounder and a very good defensive player who can defend multiple positions. Heins is also a superb passer out of the post.

Kate has a quick release on her three-point shot that makes it difficult for defenders to close out in time. She also uses her length well around the paint to finish against just about any defender.
