Jackson continues to elevate upwards, both on and off the court and I saw signs at the Spring Creek Mansfield Invitational Tournament see evaluation here yet those signs were blinking as she helped lead her team to the 5A D1 State Championship and being named MVP. One of the most intriguing things about this is her upside is still high, yes she’s “long and athletic” which is the base, and watching her start to control the game from either end has been nice

Jackson had a growth spurt as she’s listed at 6’3 now yet her growth on the court from seeing her here last season had me smiling see evaluation here so “long and athletic” and way above “the magic number” will have her on several next-level coaches shortlists. What has she added, well her spin move to score off the dribble was nice, and so was her dropping the 3, yeah “catch and shoot”. Her timing to block shots also looked good.

Jackson grabbed my attention recently at the Spring Creek Mansfield Invitational Tournament and one thing I look back on was my saying she was “constantly moving” and that is definitely #THROWBACK which is something I love to talk about, you know, things from another era. She too falls into that “long ad athletic” group yet quickly separates herself with additional things that she brings to the table, aka intangibles however don’t be surprised if she continues to rise, like she does on the court to rebound and block shots yet her ability to score off the dribble after contact as well as elevate over defenders and drop the jumper could have her heading into that “nightmare to defend group” down the road
