Kenzli Vasa Kenzli Vasa 5'5" | PG Lincoln Standing Bear | 2029 State NE has been somewhat slept on as a player so far this Winter at Lincoln Standing Bear High Schoo. Vasa is a shifty and thorough PG at 5’5. She moves effortlessly down the floor and she is the type that can really control the pace of play of a contest when the ball is in her possession. We have seen the natural instincts of Vasa for years now and she is only getting better. As long as she comes correct nd shows out this AAU season on the road against high end competition, she should be just fine as she continues to grow in this game. For now though, she holds onto our #7 spot moving into the month of January.

Kenzli Vasa Kenzli Vasa 5'5" | PG Lincoln Standing Bear | 2029 State NE is one of the state’s best kept secrets at this point and she is ready to show everyone what she can do this Winter at Lincoln – Standing Bear High School. Vasa is more coordinated than most her age, she has a shifty handle while playing a really fundamental game overall. She understands how to play off of two feet, always giving herself an out in one way or another if she happens to get stuck off of the dribble. She can defend her position at a high rate. She can knock down open shots off rotation, all while being able to orchestrate the players around her as a vocal leader. I’m not sure what to expect out of Vasa exactly this Winter but it wouldn’t shock me if she took the state by storm out of this Class over the next eight months.

Kenzli Vasa Kenzli Vasa 5'5" | PG Lincoln Standing Bear | 2029 State NE is going to be someone that has the opportunity to change her high school team’s Varsity program over the next four years and that starts this week. Vasa is a skilled and crafty prospect at the PG position. She is thorough in the aspects of creating and facilitating, rebounding, scoring, and defending. She is also good enough to be able to move between the 1 or the 2 spot but she really thrives with the rock in her possession coming down the floor. Vasa is currently playing up a few grade levels this Spring and KILLING it. If this Winter is going to be anything like what we’ve seen so far, hold on because we are going to be in for a treat!

Kenzli Vasa Kenzli Vasa 5'5" | PG Lincoln Standing Bear | 2029 State NE is a player to know if you don’t already out of this Class. Vasa is an extremely skilled PG that understands her own pace of play, how to control her team’s tempo, she has a three level scoring ability on offense, and she just moves differently with the basketball. Some players move different. They flow effortlessly with or without the ball and they usually are high functioning in the IQ portion of the game. Both of these things are displayed with Vasa over the last few years. When we turn back and look at the best PG’s that this 2029 Class has to offer down the line, I wouldn’t be surprised if this is someone in that conversation.
