Cook tore her ACL last Spring and should be coming back ready for a big senior season. The guard is a menace on the defensive end of the floor. She is crafty with the ball in her hands and gets to the basket with authority. She will be looking to help her team climb the ladder in the OK Green.

I was able to scout/evaluate Cook’s game earlier this season. It’s easy to see why she was mentioned in the comments under this Prep Girls Hoops tweet. Cook can start her game on the defensive end with her ability to defend the entire length of the floor. She’s able to create chaos for the opposing offense and turn it into points for her own team.

It was Cook’s defense that first grabbed my attention. She showed the willingness and ability to defend from baseline to baseline. A great example of this was when Cook picked up a steal off a pass, took it to the open floor and turned it into free throw opportunities. She forced multiple turnovers through the course of the game. Cook showed the ability to shoot with range by drilling multiple catch and shoot threes.
