Bradley Central is losing a big chunk of its rotation players in the class of 2026. With that, players will have to step up next season. One player who definitely can, and has the potential to do so in a big way, is point guard

Johnson, in her junior season, provided several things for Bradley Central. She can score at all three levels and is notably an elite passer. Johnson has great speed, too, to pair with her three-level scoring. This allows her to maneuver past defenders and get to where she wants to create shots better than the bulk of the guards in her class.
Her ceiling as a player in the class of 2027 is uber high. She definitely has the potential to be a big riser in the Prep Girls Hoops ranks in the future.

is having a great junior season.
At the shooting guard position, Johnson is an aggro point guard. This aggression she has is under control and can lead to steals. On offense, Johnson is also a high-level three-point shooter like Geren. Johnson has a quick release on her jumper, making it difficult for defenders to guard her shot.
Johnson also has elite-level speed. This goes into her being a great downhill scorer and a great facilitator. Johnson can throw out accurate passes that lead to buckets while moving at these high speeds, a feat that many guards at the high school level struggle with. This passing ability, with the level of shooters and interior scorers that Bradley Central has, is another layer of what makes this team such a tough opponent to win against.

, she’s another solid ’27 in the Bradley Central stable. Had a really nice LP2 impacting games on both sides of the ball. Over 4 games she had 27 points, 17 rebounds, 1 block, 4 assists.
She too adds to the big time depth at BCHS.

’27 didn’t see much PT as a freshman for the 4A state champs, but….when you play for a really good program and coach–the practices are what really counts. And its OBVIOUS that she just finished a season of Jason Reuter led practices, as she looks like a different kid from last AAU season.
I watched her explode for 17 points and 15 points. She’s always been a really nice 3 point shooter, but her game has taken a jump in terms of ball handling, passing and defense. Great showing by this kid on Saturday.

are ’27 twins. They are both 3pt specialists, and are really solid prospects to have down the road to surround Fields with when she’s a senior. They won’t see time in games this year, but having high quality players to compete in practice is important.
