Expert Analysis

Played a big role for her club as they took down a talented McMinn Central team. She was 6-7 shooting and finished the game with 17 points and 6 rebounds. She led the charge as she was too much for McMinn on the inside. This sophomore wasn’t afraid of the lights as she stepped it up for her club, leading the charge. This Lady Mustangs club is very talented, and Kinlee gives them another weapon that teams must account for.

More than just a role player, her impact on the floor will be felt beyond what’s reported in the newspaper. A solid team player who brings her hard hat and lunchpail into every contest. She’s a kid who is going to defend, rebound the basketball, communicate, and do all the little things that others may or may not do. She is a selfless player who brings value beyond the stat line. A solid ballplayer who will be an integral part of the Loretto Mustangs’ success this upcoming season.

Solid ballplayer who fights tooth and nail for everything. She can score from all 3 levels, but utilizes her quick first step to get downhill. She has great reactionary skills, which enable her to read a play and jump the passing lanes to get a steal. She’s big time on the boards, someone who goes after every opportunity. What I love about her game is her fiestiness. She brings an edge to the floor. Solid young prospect that is going to be a big-time contributor down the road.

Kinlee Stutts Kinlee Stutts 5'9" | SF/PF Loretto | 2028 State TN brings a lot of versatility at the small forward position, and like Mulligan it starts on the defensive side. Stutts is a scrappy and relentless defender. Every second she is on defense she is trying to find a way she can interrupt the opposing offenses flow. She showcased her defensive prowess for Loretto High School last season in a game where she got five steals against Battle Creek High School.
On offense, she is a capable shooter and a great finisher around the basket. With all of the madness Stutts creates when she steals a pass on the defensive end, it often results in fast breaks. She excels in these situations. Stutts is quick to pass and find an outlet and then runs to fill a lane. And when she gets a chance to score in transition, she is comfortable doing so.

Coming off an injury, this young lady will be looking to jump right into the mix of things. She is a hard-working kid who loves to get after it on both ends of the floor. She is an executor, and she is going to do whatever needs to be done. She can hit shots inside the arc from multiple spots; however, it is her defense and rebounding that set her apart. She’s a tough kid who is willing to lay her body on the line for her ballclub.
