Kyla Bryant Kyla Bryant 5'8" | CG Salisbury | 2023 State NC is used to winning coming off back to back state championship seasons with Salisbury.  She has always been an exceptional ball handler, and she certainly left it all out on the court her senior season scoring on all levels, bringing energy to each game for her team, and making plays creating space for herself or her teammates.  Her ability to see the court is apparent as she makes adjustments to get the perfect pass to her teammates to score some points.

Kyla finished with 14 points Saturday to close out her career at Salisbury.  The guard really shined defensively where she created havoc for her opponents, disrupting passing lanes and causing multiple turnovers. She was able to lead the fast break well and has deceptive speed as she can really get by defenders for layups. Just an all around solid performance for the NCCU commit.

Kyla Bryant continued to show off her handles using crossovers to get some space from her defender.  She pushed the ball up the court using her speed, and she had some old fashioned three point plays through contact.  She found her open teammates cutting up the court on fast breaks, and she was always ready for the outlet pass to push the tempo.  She even slid in the paint battling some post players stripping the ball away from them.

Kyla Bryant has always been one of the best ball handlers in the state, and she uses these moves to help get to the hoop to score her points.  She has a way of getting to the rim losing her defenders along the way with crossovers and hesitation moves.  She can set herself up for some shots from deep, too.  Coming off of the state championship last season, she has been playing with high intensity leaving it all out on the court each time she plays.  Her leadership is obvious as well being able to keep the composure of her team when needed and lead her team on runs when they are pulling away with the lead.

Bryant is a a versatile player that is at her best when she is attacking the basket. She can get in the lane and when she does, she can score it herself or she can make plays for her teammates. She is not just an driver, she can also shoot the three point shot. She is a active defender and routinely uses her defense to create offense.

Kyla Bryant Kyla Bryant 5'8" | CG Salisbury | 2023 State NC jumped into passing lanes anticipating what her opponents were going to do.  She can also strip the ball with ease from guards thinking they could dribble by her.  She is tough driving to the hoop.  Even when her opponents think they have her stopped, she finds a way to score some points. She showed off her range from deep throughout the tournament.  Her crossovers are lethal opening up the court for her to drive or pull up for a jumper.  She did a nice job making adjustments using shot fakes to get around for an open look.  She even used a spin move to get away from her defender.  She was doing everything her team needed her to do including getting inside for rebounds and maintaining a calm composure as the leader for her team.

Kyla Bryant Kyla Bryant 5'8" | CG Salisbury | 2023 State NC has such good vision on the court constantly finding ways to get her teammates the ball.  She is quick moving downhill, and she is great when it comes to getting to the hoop for her own points.  She crashes the boards even scoring some points off of offensive rebounds.  Her hands were constantly involved on defense, too.
