Kylah Pearcy Kylah Pearcy 5'8" | CG Greenwood | 2026 State AR is another highly-skilled scoring guard playing on a contender in her respective classification.

Pearcy is a shot-creator who can scorch defenses with her shooting, whether off the dribble or the catch. Her 3-point shooting is a thing of beauty for Greenwood fans, and a horrible sight to see for the opposition.

If Pearcy gets going from outside, the game is over. She proved that against 5A competition this past season, as well as against teams at other levels. If the defense decides that it is a good idea to close out on her perimeter shots, then she can simply drive past them and finish in the paint.

Greenwood’s star joined the 1,000-point club this season, which was no surprise after seeing all of the incredible performances she had for the Lady Bulldogs.

Kylah Pearcy Kylah Pearcy 5'8" | CG Greenwood | 2026 State AR played great against teams from multiple classifications, including 6A Central Bryant High School, where she had 23 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 steals. Later that month, Pearcy showed off more of her two-way skills when she posted 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 steals in a conference showing versus Alma. The incoming senior had other fantastic January performances, including a 26-point showing against Farmington and a 27-point outing against Van Buren. In Greenwood’s second showdown against Van Buren, Pearcy was somehow even better, putting up 33 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals against the Lady Pointers.

Pearcy hits outside shots at a high level, whether off the catch or the dribble. She has no problem shooting contested jumpers because she knows they will go in. With Pearcy’s solid ball-handling ability, she can drive hard to the basket and finish through contact. She also displays great defensive instincts along the perimeter, poking balls free and snatching passes out of the air.

Kylah Pearcy Kylah Pearcy 5'8" | CG Greenwood | 2026 State AR is one of the most versatile players in the 5A classification. She can shoot, finish, rebound, pass, and defend, and she was Greenwood High School’s best player as just a sophomore last year. Now entering her junior season, expect colleges to start calling up Pearcy.

Pearcy is best described as an all-around player. She can play multiple positions and she can be used in a variety of ways. If Pearcy is used as a point guard, she has the ability to facilitate or to create offense for herself. She can drive from the perimeter and score inside, but she can also dish the ball to her open teammates. If she is used off the ball, Pearcy can hit catch-and-shoot threes with a high-arching shot. She cuts well to the basket and records a handfull of putback opportunities.

On defense, Pearcy is going to keep her assignment in front of her at all times. She records several steals and blocks per game, mostly coming over on help-side defense. She plays the passing lanes like a mind-reader, just knowing where the opposition is going with the ball before they know themselves.
