Kylee Schleisman Kylee Schleisman 5'4" | PG South Central Calhoun | 2023 State IA may not be a name you are too familiar with at the moment but she is distributing the ball at such a rate that it needs to be talked about. Schleisman, a senior leader of South Central Calhoun high school, is currently averaging 7.5 APG throughout their first 16 games this year on the way to a 12-4 record. Ranking her #2 in the class of 2023 in assists and #2 overall in assists throughout all classes in Iowa this season. If these numbers don’t tell you enough then just go and watch her for a game. It is impressive the way she can dish out assists and get all of her teammates on the floor involved. This is a group that prides themselves on teamwork and team-play. They work for each other, move off the ball well, talk at all times on the floor, always stay positive, and most importantly they are dedicated to each-other . All stuff which starts from the top with their coaching staff, point guard, and senior leaders. This also shows that this is well functioning group that is going to make a push once the playoffs start, beginning with the unselfish play of Schleisman and moving down the roster.
