With 5A Blythewood having lost its big three and suffering another loss in the transfer portal over the offseason, the Bengals are in rebuild mode. Stovall appears to be a centerpiece of said rebuild. She already has varsity experience from her middle school days as she played in 18 games last season for the Bengals. Her all-around playmaking abilities are a strong indication she is ready to embrace the “next woman up” mentality that will be a key for the 2026-27 version of the Bengals. Stovall played up in class over the spring and summer with Her Elite 16U on the Nike circuit.

With 5A Blythewood having graduated its big three from its back-to-back state championship-winning teams, a new look is in store for next year’s Bengals team. Stovall is set to be one of the key pieces of said new look. Stovall previously wore the Twelve Time uniform for her spring and summer months of AAU and is in her first season with Her Elite. She would see playing time in 18 contests last season for coach Emily McElveen’s Blythewood team and those minutes are certain to increase. Her 2026 travel schedule has included a stop in Georgia at this year’s Peach Games as part of the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit.
