(cover photo) established herself as one of the most dangerous perimeter threats at Brawl at the Palms, showcasing deep range, confidence, and a flair for delivering in the biggest moments of the game. Polk knocked down the game-winner, but she also strung up multiple threes to erase a double-digit lead to set up that shot. The sharpshooting guard consistently stretched defenses with her ability to knock down shots from well beyond the three-point line, forcing opponents to pick her up far out. That range opens up defenses and gives her guards room to get to the rim. Polk proved she was the type of shooter capable of changing the momentum of a game with a single shot and one of the premier long-range specialists in the 14U division.

Polk put together a breakout campaign in her eighth-grade season with GAPPS 1A Division 2 Valor Christian. The Lions concluded with a 22-6 record and a state championship. Polk also earned All-State honors while averaging 10.5 points, 4.3 steals and 3.4 assists in the 27 games that she played. Polk stands at an even six feet and her skillset includes an accurate 3-point shot. Long-range accuracy may be her bread and butter but she has no problems dribbling the ball with her left hand, moving to her right and finishing strong at the cup with said left hand if necessary. Polk is also a heads-up player that can collect steals and turn defense into offense.
