Goodson is name well-known in Southern WV. She put up numerous big time performances during her sophomore campaign. You can definitely expect to see her put up 25-30 point games in her junior season too! She will put her team on her back and score whenever it is needed. She does whatever is needed to help her team win. She also averaged over 8 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals per game last season. This kid is another prospect to keep your eyes on!

According to Max Preps, after 10 games Goodson is averaging 19.6 points, 2.3 assists, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.6 steals per game. That is an impressive stat line for any basketball player on the varsity level. It’s extremely special for a freshman! Goodson has recorded numerous double-doubles in the season so far. One of my favorite quotes by Stan Van Gundy is, “If you defend, rebound, and limit turnovers, you’re going to put yourself in a position where you can win games.” Lacey is doing exactly that. She is a great rebounder that will give an all out effort to crash the boards. She defends at a high level and definitely causes turnovers. Keep your eyes on this young star!
