Tasked to lead her team against the defending Class AAA state champion North Marion Huskies, Hunt went on the prowl. She clawed. She fought. She attacked. Natalie Smith Natalie Smith 5'11" | PF Nitro | 2025 State WV , Nitro, 6-0, F, Jr. – The beat went on for Smith. And on. And on. And on. In the first six games with her new team, the newly minted Nitro Wildcat hasn’t strayed far from the things that made her successful during her stop at South Charleston. Instead, she’s taken what she learned with the Black Eagles and applied it at her new home. She’s also taken advantage of an amazing situation in the post where Karson Jones Karson Jones 5'11" | PF Nitro | 2026 State WV has caused trouble for the Wildcats’ opponents. While teams have tried to shut her down, Smith has stepped up in the first six games. She currently leads the Wildcats in scoring at 16 points per game, and she’s led them in the points category in their two biggest wins of the young season – Sissonville and St. Albans.
Kayli Derrow Kayli Derrow 5'11" | SF John Marshall | 2024 State WV , John Marshall, 5-11, PF, Sr. – She started a bit cold, but then she heated up.
