Lenora used her length well to finish around the basket and consistently found herself in the middle of the action. She chased down loose balls, attacked the glass and brought good energy on both ends of the floor. She finished with 8 points, making the most of her opportunities without needing a lot of touches to impact the game.

Coach Al really likes what Lenora brings to the table, and her value showed up on the defensive end at DMV Live. She played well defensively, coming away with four steals in the game against TPLS Christian Academy and showing the ability to disrupt the flow of the opposing offense. While she only attempted three shots during the tournament, she stayed engaged by moving the ball, getting her teammates involved, and making smart decisions within the offense. The most impressive part of her performance was her ability to protect the basketball, finishing with zero turnovers. Lenora may not have forced the action offensively, but she played within herself, defended with energy, and gave her team steady guard play.

Lenora had a couple of notable performances in January. She took home the Player of the Game award at the Public vs. Private Challenge for her work against Atholton and followed that up with a big game against Southern Maryland Christian Academy.
